Claudia, a native of Long Beach, NY, currently resides in South Carolina with husband and children. She is the CEO of KBCJ Enterprise LLC , CEO of Ladies of Virtuality, where she gives tools to build and rebuild the totality of women. Creating space to build character, self-esteem (School of Godfidence), self-awareness, and self-worth. 

She is an SC Notary Public. She’s is the renowned author of the book Esteem Yourself Higher, which is used to inspire self-motivation. In addition, she is a certified Life Coach, Book Publisher, and Business Consultant. Claudia received her BA in Theology and Religious Studies and is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree in Biblical Psychology at HBI. 

Lavonne Smith is a Certified Management Accountant with experience in accounting, financial management, auditing and operational leadership in private, non-profit and governmental sectors. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration.
